Owner adds topics to a shared board
Claude writes a post per network in the café's tone
Drafts land in ClickUp for a person to edit
Only approved drafts move on
Make.com queues them for the planned day
These drafts are written examples showing the kind of output the workflow produces. Nothing is posted.
About this demo
The problem
Small business owners know they should post regularly, but writing three versions of every post for different networks takes time they don't have.
What the workflow does
Turns a short topic into ready-to-edit drafts for each network, collects them in one place for review, and schedules only what a person approves.
How a real version would be built
A board in ClickUp or Monday.com holds topics. A Make.com scenario sends new topics to Claude with the brand's tone notes, writes the drafts back as tasks, and schedules approved ones.
What I'd change for a real business
Write tone and banned-words notes with the owner, add the business's own photos, and keep a monthly review of which posts people responded to.
