Sample emails, summaries and drafts are written examples. Nothing is sent.
About this concept
The problem
One inbox gets everything: new jobs, booking changes, invoice questions, suppliers and spam. Important emails get buried, and replies to new customers wait too long.
What it does
- Sorts each email into a category
- Writes a one-line summary
- Prepares a reply draft
- Flags complaints and anything sensitive for a person, with no draft
How a real version would be built
A Make.com scenario watches the inbox, sends each email to Claude with the business's rules, saves the category and draft, and creates a ClickUp task for anything that needs a person.
What I'd change for a real business
Start in "drafts only" mode for a few weeks, write clear rules about what the AI must never answer, and check privacy requirements before connecting a real inbox.
