Sample data, not real figures
What needs attention today
Three leads from Monday still have no reply. Two of them asked for a move-out clean, which is usually booked at short notice, so call those first.
- Thursday has four bookings and one cleaner on leave. Check the schedule.
- Half of this week's new leads came from the website form.
- One customer complaint is open in the inbox.

About this concept
The problem
Owners check the CRM, the inbox, the calendar and the task board separately, and still miss the lead that has waited two days.
What the dashboard does
Shows the few numbers that matter this week, lists what is late, and adds a plain-language summary so the owner knows where to start the day.
How a real version would be built
Make.com collects data from GoHighLevel (leads and bookings) and ClickUp or Monday.com (tasks) once an hour. Claude writes the daily summary from that data.
What I'd change for a real business
Agree on four or five numbers with the owner, add a weekly email version of the summary, and make sure the AI only summarises data and never changes it.
